Thomas A. Dickson

Attorney Thomas A. Dickson has extensive experience in a variety of areas including criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury and oil field personal injury.

Tom is first and foremost a trial lawyer. Tom has tried over 100 cases to jury verdict in courts throughout the state of North Dakota over the past 30 years. This extensive trial experience has made Dickson Law Office capable and comfortable in front of the jury box. Many of his criminal and civil cases are referred by friends and colleagues in the legal profession. He is honored to work side by side with these great lawyers.

Since 1992, Tom has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been listed in Super Lawyers, and is no stranger to lecturing or being published in national magazines. Tom is a 2012 graduate of the Trial Lawyer's College in Dubois, Wyoming.

However, Tom is active in the community, too, and not just the courtroom. He strongly believes in giving back through volunteer service. He has been involved in politics since 1980, helping both national and state political campaigns. He was a volunteer head coach for the Bismarck Hockey Program for nearly a decade, working with 13 - 14 year old youth on the bantam team. In 1996, he became the not only the coach, but also the co-founder of the girls hockey program in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Tom also grew up on a farm in Gilby, North Dakota.
