Thomas A. Dickson
Attorney Thomas A. Dickson has extensive experience in a variety of areas including criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury, civil rights and consumer protection class actions.
Tom is first and foremost a trial lawyer. Tom has tried over 100 cases to jury verdict in courts throughout the state of North Dakota over the past 30 years. This extensive trial experience has made Dickson Law Office capable and comfortable in front of the jury box.

Jodi L. Colling
Jodi Colling is an associate attorney at the Dickson Law Office. Ms. Colling was raised in Carson, North Dakota. Ms. Colling graduated from Minot State University in 1998, where she obtained her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. She attended the University of North Dakota Law School (2000 – 2003) where she graduated with distinction. Ms. Colling worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Stutsman County, North Dakota prior to joining the Dickson Law Office in February, 2006.
Ms. Colling is licensed to practice law in the state of North Dakota and the United States District Court, District of North Dakota. Ms. Colling’s primary area of practice is criminal defense. Ms. Colling has represented clients in federal and state courts in North Dakota and has argued appellate cases to the North Dakota Supreme Court. Ms. Colling is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the North Dakota Association for Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and serves as a board member for Legal Services of North Dakota.
